The most beautiful feast of the year is definitely in front of us. Christmas should be deemed a holiday of peace, love, happiness and understanding among each other. I don' t want it to sound like I am absolutely for this commercial Christmas-activity, but I can say I fully understand that. The major matter why I think this way is the fact that we adore Christmas as a holiday when we can do all the stuff we usually don't. And among other things, food is one of the most popular reasons of our love to X-mas. Moreover, we are used to try as hard as we can to make our best when cooking the festive dish. One of the possible solutions is to ask for advice of the most capable of all. The distinguished chef. In this case we are talking about one of the best ones & Heston Blumenthal. Heston Blumenthal has been described as a culinary alchemist for his innovative style of cuisine. Currently, he is running his own restaurant The Fat Duck as well as a television program. And for all that, he likes to share his knowledge and experiences with the amateur cooks. Especially before Christmas he answers questions about the best thinkable meal on the table. For instance, he advices to use olive oil instead of goose fat to pour the bird while roasting. He likes to prepare vegetables and similar things before the Christmas Eve to prevent needless rush.
